Welcome to 24K Body. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.24k-body.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of our products or services (collectively, the “Service”). Throughout the Site, the terms “24K Body,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 24K Body Pty Ltd. By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including all additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the Site or use any Services.

1  –  Overview

Any new features or tools added to our online store are also subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of the Terms by posting revisions on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e‑commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

2  –  Online Store Terms

  1. Age of Majority. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or that you are such an age and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this Site.

  2. Lawful Use. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

  3. Security. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or destructive code. A breach of any Term will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Content (excluding credit‑card details) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit‑card information is always encrypted during transfer.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

4  –  Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

The material on this Site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions. Historical information may not be current. We may modify Site contents at any time but have no obligation to update information. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes.

5  –  Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without liability to you or any third party.

6  –  Products or Services

  1. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities, and are subject to our Return Policy.

  2. We strive to display product colours and images accurately but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display.

  3. Expiry Dates. Our formulations are designed for optimal performance within 6 months of opening or 12 months unopened. Using products past expiry may compromise quality and safety.

  4. We reserve the right to limit sales, quantities, descriptions or pricing, and to discontinue any product.

  5. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

7  –  Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or restrict sales that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly so we can complete your transactions.

8  –  Gift With Purchase (GWP)

Complimentary gifts are provided one per qualifying order that meets the specified minimum spend. Gifts are not for individual sale. Orders falling below the threshold will not receive a gift and may be cancelled or refunded.

9  –  Third‑Party Links

Third‑party links on our Site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for third‑party content or accuracy and have no liability for any third‑party materials, products or services.

10  –  User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

Any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials you send us (“Comments”) may be used by us without restriction or compensation. We may monitor, edit or remove content we deem unlawful, offensive or violating any party’s intellectual‑property rights. You warrant that your Comments do not violate any third‑party rights and are free of malware.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12  –  Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24K Body and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers or service providers will not be liable for any injury, loss or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service or any product.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 24K Body, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third‑party rights.

16  –  Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting remaining provisions.

17  –  Termination

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If we suspect you have failed to comply with any Term, we may terminate this agreement without notice and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

18  –  Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and 24K Body and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.

19  –  Governing Law

These Terms and any services we provide shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of 24K Body at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  • Opt‑Out: Use link provided in SMS to cancel.

  • 24K Body and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

23  –  Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third‑party tools which we neither monitor nor control. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should ensure you are familiar with and approve the terms provided by the relevant third‑party provider.

We may also offer new services and features through the Site in the future; such new features shall also be subject to these Terms.
