Refund policy
Our Terms and Conditions displayed on the website, www.24k-body.com, contain terms and conditions relevant to the return of our Products ordered by you. For further details, please see our Terms and Conditions. Where we have used capitalised terms in this Policy, those terms have the same meaning as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us at hello@24k-body.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Confirmation Number in the subject line and attach clear photos/video of the issue so we can quickly review and assist.
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions to return the item in its original condition and arrange a replacement. Please note, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for used products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene standards and the personal nature of skincare, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. As every skin type is unique, results may vary and we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
INCORRECT ITEM/S RECEIVED
If you have received an item that you have not ordered, please email us at hello@24k-body.com within 3 days with a photo of the product/s you have received as well as your picking ticket and postage box.
Please do not open or dispose of the item/s until we have been in contact with you.
Allergy Return
If you believe you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please contact us at hello@24k-body.com with your Order Confirmation Number # and discontinue use/pop your product aside for now.
Our Team will be in contact via email to assist you.
*Any Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
Returns will be issued as store credit only. Refunds are not available.
